Chaiwala ("Chai Vendor")

The Chaiwala ("Chai Vendor") is a constant part of my upbringing - short cups of "cutting chai" in the afternoon, cups of chai to beat the intense heat, cups of chai to connect with others, cups of chai to share a moment with my mother. This tea is specifically boiled in a steel kettle and poured into sustainable clay glasses.
